High - Strength (Ultra - High Molecular Weight) Polyethylene

UHMWPE is One of the highest strength in the world,

Under the condition of the same load capacity, its weight is only 15% of the wire rope.  With a density of only 0.975g/cm³, lower than seawater density, it has natural floating property and do not absorb water.  The ropes made of UHMWPE can enable ships to dock more quickly, Because it has Low elongation. Moreover, they are soft in texture, easy to store.   Excellent light fastness,Long - term exposure to strong sunlight at sea won't embrittle or fade fibers, maintaining stable mechanical properties.  

Widely used for berthing line,the sling,towing,national defense,Marine oil,ocean transportaion,and other fields.

2.8-3.9  can enable ships to dock more quickly.The double-layer weaving process can make the rope more durable.

 Its performance does not decrease at - 43 °C.It is not flammable and has self-extinguishing properties.

When the rope is cyclically loaded with 40%-50% of the load for 100,000 times, the final breaking
strength does not decrease.
