High molecular weight polyethylene twelve strands of rope, produced using ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMPE). It is one of the world's highest-strength fibers, manufactured with international advanced technology through yarn resin processing. Polyester coating can be added according to special customer requirements to further enhance wear resistance and service life. 

Features:
1 * With high strength ratio and diameter compared to wire rope, weight is only 15% of wire rope at equivalent strength.  

2 * Breaking elongation 2.8-3.9%, excellent relaxation fatigue strength, 1000 times that of steel cable and nylon rope.  

3 * Density 0.97 g/cm³, lower than water, floats on water, soft and convenient to use.  

4 * Resistant to industrial concentrated acids, alkalis, and oxidants at room temperature.  

5 * UV resistant, resistant to bending.  

6* Strong fatigue resistance: After 100,000 cycles at 40%-50% load, ultimate breaking strength remains undiminished.  

7 * Low-temperature resistance: Performance unaffected at -43°C.

A2: Standard models ship in 3-7days; customized units require 15-35 days.Generally, it will take 7 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q3: What is your terms of payment?
A3: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q4: Can you produce according to the samples?
A4: es, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
