Leveraging the synergistic properties of polyester and polypropylene, it builds six differentiated advantages:

 

1. Advanced Technology & Structure
   Adopt internationally advanced blending and layered stranding technology. The scientific combination of high - strength polyester fiber + high - strength polypropylene (or filament), with outer - layer polyester yarn enhancing abrasion resistance and inner - layer polypropylene ensuring strength. Dual protection improves comprehensive rope performance, suitable for high - load and high - friction operations.
2. Low Density & Floating Property
   With a density of only 0.975g/cm³, lower than seawater density, it has natural floating property. No additional counterweight is needed to assist rope floating in maritime and fishery operations, simplifying operations; reducing underwater dragging resistance during towing, improving operation efficiency, and saving energy.
3. Light Fastness & Antimicrobial
   Excellent light fastness. Long - term exposure to strong sunlight at sea won't embrittle or fade fibers, maintaining stable mechanical properties. Outstanding antimicrobial performance, no mildew or moth damage in marine humid and fish - shrimp humus environments, extending rope service life and reducing maintenance costs in fishery and maritime scenarios.

 

1. Mechanical Property Adaptation
   Breaking elongation 12% - 18%, combining toughness and strength to evenly disperse stress during stretching, not easy to break under force. Suitable for static load - bearing in ship mooring, dynamic traction in towing and fishery fishing, buffering external impact and ensuring operation safety.
2. Chemical & Environmental Tolerance
   Resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents. No corrosion when in contact with marine acid - base seawater and fishery chemical agents (such as net preservatives). Similar wear resistance in dry and wet states, with stable wear rate in seawater immersion and freshwater operation scenarios, suitable for multi - water environment operations.
