This polyester/polypropylene fiber mixed 8 - strands rope, leveraging its unique performance, suits the following professional scenarios:
- Ship Mooring & Towing: When various ships berth at docks, it serves as a mooring rope to firmly connect ships with dock facilities, resisting current and wave impacts. In towing operations, it transmits traction force to assist in towing auxiliary ships and barges, ensuring smooth maritime transportation and operations.
- Oil Exploration: Used for fixing equipment on oil exploration platforms, lifting materials, and connecting exploration ships with drilling equipment. It functions stably in harsh marine environments (salt spray, wind waves) and complex operation conditions (frequent lifting, towing), ensuring safe and efficient exploration.
- Traction Operations: Applicable for equipment traction in mines, ports, etc., like underground mine equipment haulage and large port machinery relocation. It transmits stable traction force to meet complex terrain and heavy - load demands.

(Material Synergy):
It uses high - strength polyester fiber mixed with high - strength polypropylene (or polypropylene filament). Through scientific layered stranding and polyester yarn covering the outer layer, it combines the advantages of both materials. It retains polyester's wear - resistance and light fastness, and leverages polypropylene's light weight and chemical resistance, achieving more comprehensive performance.
(Density & Environmental Adaptation):
With a density of 0.975g/cm³, it has certain buoyancy and appropriate weight. In water - based operations (such as ships, oil exploration), it won't easily sink to increase towing load and can stably bear force. It is light - fast and antimicrobial, resisting aging, mildew, and moth - eating during long - term outdoor or marine exposure, extending service life.
(Mechanical & Chemical Properties):
With a breaking elongation of 12% - 18%, it can effectively buffer and disperse stress to avoid breakage when forced. It is resistant to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, maintaining performance unchanged when in contact with industrial chemicals (like reagents in oil exploration) and marine salts, ensuring operation reliability.
(Wear - resistance & Dry - wet Stability):
It has excellent abrasion resistance, reducing wear from contact with pulleys and equipment. Its wearability is roughly the same in dry and wet states. Whether in water - exposed (like ship splashing, oil exploration marine environment) or dry conditions, the wear rate is stable, cutting operation and maintenance costs.

A2: Standard models ship in 3-7days; customized units require 15-35 days.Generally, it will take 7 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

A3: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
